This error can be caused by a permission issue. Try the following:
1. Temporarily disable your firewall and any antivirus software on the computer
*If the issue gets resolved, add the Vidello app to your security app's whitelist
2. Run the app as an Administrator
If the issue persists,
- If you have a Mac OS: press CTRL OPTION SHIFT 7
- If you have a Windows OS: CTRL ALT SHIFT 7
This opens a window that lets you save the Vidello logs.
Save the file and contact support.
